Pelicans Perch is a stunning one-bedroom at Calypso in Tower 3. On the ideally located 5th floor of the newest high rise, family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, guests will enjoy a heated pool year around at 83 degrees with private cabanas and beach access within 200 yards.

Pelicans Perch boasts a roomy living space with a private balcony with seating to enjoy a view of the pier and beach. There is one queen bed, a set of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa to sleep a max of 4 (with Owner's prior permission, 5 may be allowed for young children/babies and special circumstances. Please message us your request). Two full bathrooms are available along with a full kitchen, dining area, bar seating, washer and dryer, smart TVs and WIFI.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter's credit card prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Parking at Calypso is located in a covered garage. Guest must register and pay $60 directly to the resort as part of the resort's standard procedures; this includes parking for one vehicle. Wristbands are paid by the owner and will be located in the unit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
